Paint-fading planks
Imposing rise of time
Split ends upon this earth
Signs I never mind
While intuition may not resist
Our loss amid watery depth
For it speaks unfathomably
Past triumph and tragedy
Indeterminate as a day’s worth

Glad you like it, Viola ๐ It’s really an unassuming spot, calming…. the sunrise at that time made it look considerably more dramatic that day. Cheers

Very calm, tranquil and soothing Adam. Could be read both ways as in structural piers and friends, at least I may claim some who soothe me ;-)I also see there’s a new book out soon? My kindle is excited! Lovely musings once again Mr D. Hope you are well.
